Visit a Resident

Visiting a Resident

Indoor in-person visitations can occur as long as the facility is not currently in Outbreak Testing and the County positivity rate is below 10%.

All visitors will need to wear a mask at all times, maintain social distancing, be screened in and led to the resident’s room or designated visitation area. The appointments will be a minimum of 1 hour and will last until we have exceeded our visitor limit. At which time, we will ask the visitor who has been here the longest to please conclude the visit so a new visitor can enter. All visits must be booked via the “Book Now” link, this helps us be ready to screen you in and disinfect before you arrive.

  • Monday-Friday Visitors screen in at Main Entrance
  • Saturday-Sunday Visitors screen in at Resident House Entrance

Vaccinated Residents:
(Fully Vaccinated is defined as two weeks or longer post second dose of COVID-19 vaccine.)
If a RESIDENT is fully vaccinated, then social distancing is not required. The resident can have close contact as long as masks are worn over mouth and nose and hand hygiene has been completed.
If a skilled rehab RESIDENT is fully vaccinated, they will not need to quarantine and can accept visitors during the first 14 days.
