At Family Health and Rehabilitation we strive to deliver the optimal dining experience. Our foodservice team focuses on culture change and resident’s food choices. Each kitchen features it’s own chef and provide family style dinning for all three daily meals. Made to order food is also available any time of day.
Family and friends are encouraged to come visit and join residents for meals throughout the day.
Our staff is dedicated to providing optimum nutritional care to our customers. Foodservice dedicated teams offer a variety of food choices and enhanced nutritional care. We provide healthy eating choices for customers with weight loss, diabetes, dysphagia, food allergies, tube feeding, etc.
We consult directly with a licensed dietitian who helps create meal plans for those with special dietary needs. Our care plan team reviews nutritional interventions and discusses nutritional modifications. The dietary staff then follow standardized recipes and menus created and approved by the Dietitian.
In addition, the foodservice staff is trained in food safety, sanitation procedures, and quality standards in food production to ensure all food is prepared properly.
