COVID-19 CLUSTER REPORTED AT FAMILY HEALTH AND REHABILITATION [WICHITA, KS, September 9th, 2020] ­– Family Health and Rehabilitation has reported 5 cases of COVID-19 (four staff, one resident) at our facility.  These cases were discovered after a staff member took a test for a college requirement (since recovered).  The most recent testing conducted on 09/03/2020
